Kaitlynn has been a part of Madi’s Movement since the very beginning—attending classes, engaging in our programs, and living out the mission with passion and purpose. A young adult who aged out of foster care, Kaitlynn has grown into a shining example of what’s possible when support, opportunity, and belief come together. Now, in a beautiful full-circle moment, we are thrilled to officially welcome her to our team as a part-time staff member, assisting with vital administrative work that keeps our mission moving forward.
Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Art at the University of South Florida, Kaitlynn brings energy, creativity, and authenticity to everything she does. Her presence is not only inspiring but also a powerful reminder of why Madi’s Movement exists—to equip young adults with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive. We are so proud and grateful to have Kaitlynn on our team, helping to lead the mission with heart and purpose.
