The Pathways to Employment: A Career Readiness Expo was a vibrant celebration of potential, purpose, and community. Held at Feeding Tampa Bay on July 23rd, 2025, this powerful event brought together young adults, volunteers, and career professionals—all united by one goal: equipping youth with the tools they need to thrive beyond the foster care system. From inspiring panelists to hands-on workshops and interactive skill stations, the energy in the room was undeniable.
The impact speaks for itself:
🔸 133 young adults registered
🔸 74 dedicated volunteers
🔸 45 career pathfinders and activity/skill station partners
🔸 37 resumes completed on-site
🔸 56 mock interviews conducted day-of
The event was a true success, thanks to the incredible collaboration of community partners, inspiring speakers, and engaging emcees who brought the room to life. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who made this day possible and played a role in helping our youth take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.
