Pathways to Employment: A Career Readiness Expo

Support the Pathways to Employment Expo, where education meets action for foster and at-risk teens. This interactive expo equips young adults with the real-world skills needed to launch their careers with confidence.

We believe in not just getting teens employed—but ensuring they are prepared to succeed and sustain long-term employment. Through focus groups and real conversations, we have learned that many of our teens and young adults do not yet feel fully prepared for the workforce. We are here to change that.

TEENS WILL BENEFIT FROM A FULL SPECTRUM OF CAREER-PREPARATION ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING:

• Connect with industry professionals from over 40 fields to explore career paths and learn what it takes to succeed.

• Gain firsthand career advice and mentorship from professionals who have walked the path before them.

• Engage with schools, colleges, and trade programs offering education and training opportunities tailored to different career goals.
